En Van Hyde International nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Trainee de IT Recruitment para nuestra División de Career Services.

*Esta es una posición Entry Level: Está pensado para estudiantes finalizando sus estudios de grado, o recién egresados. No es necesario contar con experiencia laboral.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Dar soporte operativo y administrativo en nuestras actividades de Reclutamiento, Selección y Empleabilidad de nuestra división de Career Services. Así como también apoyar en proyectos internos sobre nuestro principal producto.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Este rol no requiere experiencia previa, pero sí requiere un interés genuino por la tecnología.

Nuestros clientes están exclusivamente dentro del mundo de software & tech, por lo que conocimientos sobre lenguajes de programación, tendencias de la tecnología global, principales empresas tecnológicas del mercado, etc. son el principal diferenciador que buscamos.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante universitario en los últimos semestres de carrera o recién egresado de carreras como: Recursos Humanos, Administración, Ingeniería, Psicología o relacionados.
  • No se requiere inglés avanzado para la posición, aunque es bien valorado.
  • Valoramos mucho el conocimiento e interés en la industria de software y la tecnología.
