Job description

Are you a German speaker? Do you want to work in Greece, remotely all over the country?

We are looking for people to work as German Customer Support for the PANDORA jewelry company!

If you speak excellent German and have excellent communication skills, read below and apply now!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each issue and find solutions
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls on time
  • Seize opportunities to sell extra products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and attract customers

Requirements

  • Excellent level of German
  • Good level of English
  • Powerful telephone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
