The Regional Buisness Manager Digital Pathology is responsible for driving and delivering double digit gains in revenue and market share for our Digital Pathology portfolio.

This position is part of the LBS EMEA Digital Pathology Sales organization located in EMEA and will be fully remote, based out of Saudi. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

You will be a part of the Digital Pathology EMEA Sales team and report to the Digital Pathology Regional Sales Manager NEE & METAR responsible for managing all Digital Pathology Sales activities in LBS EMEA indirect markets & Benelux. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive revenue and market share gains through indirect commercial channels and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners to enhance their skills and increase LBS market share.
  • Identify and address business weaknesses and challenges within the Digital Pathology business in the Middle East countries.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategies for the growth of the Digital Pathology business.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Developing and executing the Digital Pathology strategy to win new accounts.
  • Analyzing the market to find new opportunities for growth.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders in the region.
  • Working with Channel Sales Managers and regional teams to manage sales opportunities in (competitive) regional accounts.
  • Establishing KPIs to measure business success and monitoring progress.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Providing actionable solutions and strong influencing and collaboration skills in medical digital solutions.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills

Preferable, University OR professional qualification, in Pathology, Histology, Biomedical Science and/or Imaging, or Software Applications or relevant experience.

Experience

  • The candidate will have relevant experience in the Health Care IT environment and a proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder sales. of delivering sustained double-digit revenue growth and strong market share gains
  • Some knowledge of the digital pathology market preferred, including competitors, market trends & latest developments.
  • In-depth understanding of the requirements and the importance to follow procedures and process as this is a highly regulated sector by the FDA and other governmental bodies.
  • Understanding of LIS, HIS, PACS and other hospital and laboratory information systems
  • Financial acumen: budgets, forecasting, providing quotations, responding to tenders and managing priorities to meet revenue targets
  • Experience in or knowledge of Histopathology lab
