Job description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Construction Notice Specialist opportunity with our client. The company is specifically designed for material suppliers and equipment dealers, offering a comprehensive solution to manage payments and lien management. They power the largest credit and finance teams in construction. The construction Notice Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct detailed research to identify property owners, contractors, subcontractors, and other relevant parties involved in various construction projects.
  • Use a variety of tools and methods to gather and verify information, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
  • Apply knowledge of construction notices and mechanics liens to guide the research process effectively.
  • Verification and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of construction notices and mechanics liens by verifying all information against relevant local, state, and federal laws.
  • Document Management: Organize and manage all pertinent documents, maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date database.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about changes in construction laws and regulations while approaching challenges with positivity and enthusiasm.
Specific qualifications for the position include
  • 3-5 years of experience doing extensive internet research.
  • Experience with construction process, permit, construction notices, and mechanics liens in multiple US States.
  • Strong understanding of construction law and regulations.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and similar tools.
  • Proficiency with standard business applications and additional operational applications.
Pay Rate Range:   $24.00-36.00 per hour, DOE

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
