Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead prospecting, qualification and engagement, with a focus on DACH region
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets for our Service Now service offering
  • Present Sofigate's services and solutions to clients and communicate their business value effectively, including our unique value propositions and differentiation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to create business solutions that meet client needs, leveraging our deep Service Now expertise and our delivery capabilities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build industry knowledge and represent Sofigate as a thought leader in the Service Now ecosystem.

What Will Make You Successful In This Role

  • 3+ years of experience with business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the technology sector
  • Existing network and business relationships in the DACH region
  • Strong understanding of technology and how to succeed in an enterprise SaaS and services sales environment focused on Service Now consulting
  • Engaging and creative communication and presenting skills, with fluency in German and English
