In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die rechtliche Beratung in folgenden Bereichen:

  • Alle gesellschaftsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Hauptversammlung, Beratung des Vorstands, des Aufsichtsrats und seiner Ausschüsse
  • Kapitalmarktanforderungen, einschließlich deren Compliance, sowie zu Corporate Governance und Finanzen
  • "Corporate Housekeeping"-Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen

Wenn Sie ein motivierter, vollwertiger Rechtsanwalt sind, mit

  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Gesellschaftsrecht
  • Erfahrungen als Syndikusanwalt
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Teamfähigkeit
