Job Description

This position plays a major role in “selling” the image of CellMark. With an objective to increase sales and profitability through support functions this position will manage the supply chain from start to finish and is responsible for the following:

  • Customer Service: Management and coordination of orders including order entry in local IT system, vendor/customer communication, scheduling and following up on shipments, timely and accurate presentation of documents, credit and accounts payment collection management.
  • Logistics: Coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, truckers and railroad to ensure on-time domestic & export shipments including inventory counts and reconciliations of 3rd party warehouses.
  • Sales Support. Managing customer accounts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing support to Traders in all aspects of selling and business development.
  • Troubleshooting problems.
  • Supporting management and the team in operational efforts and improvements.
  • Coordinating with head office to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as need arise.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel required.

Job Qualifications

Preferred qualification/attributes:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent in experience
  • Minimum 5 years customer service/logistics experience in the commodity and/or transportation industries.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ownership, team player, clear communication skills, attention to detail, excellent time management and organization skills, goal oriented focus, strong willingness to learn, problem solving skills, flexibility, and ability to use positive language.
  • Multi-lingual is a plus (Spanish/French)
