Function/Duties of Position
Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry and report generation.
Checking out/handing out supplies to students during Dental Student Simulation Lab
Stocking supply carts with supplies for students to use during courses and individual simulation activity
Participating in SIM related special projects including SIM storage organization and the transfer of inventory to new inventory management system
Required Qualifications
Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)
Demonstrable record of reliable attendance, punctuality and proven successful performance
Demonstrated exemplary tact, discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy
Demonstrated ability to read, write and understand written and oral instructions in English
Demonstrated exemplary customer service experience
