What makes you a great fit

We are looking for a Red Team specialist to develop hands-on labs that challenge learners in offensive security practices. The candidate will create engaging scenarios simulating penetration testing, exploitation, and adversarial tactics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Red Team cybersecurity specialist.
• Expertise in offensive security tools, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike).
• Proficiency in scripting or development languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Bash).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills to design realistic and challenging labs.

Your day-to-day in this position

• Design and develop Red Team-focused labs, including penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, and adversary emulation scenarios.
• Provide detailed objectives, infrastructure requirements, and step-by-step guidance for lab activities.
