Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful events professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, with an aptitude for digital marketing promotion, and an eye for detail. You are a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, capable of effectively representing Kalibrate and building lasting relationships with clients, industry experts, and colleagues. As a brand champion, you take pride in upholding Kalibrate’s brand integrity and presenting the company in the best possible light. You are results-driven, motivated by achieving tangible outcomes like generating leads, building partnerships, and contributing to business goals. A team player who takes initiative, you are equally comfortable collaborating with others or working independently to drive projects forward. Adaptable and resilient, you can juggle multiple priorities and approach challenges with a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

 Event planning and coordination:

  • Research, evaluate, and book events, exhibitions, and conferences aligned with Kalibrate’s strategic goals.

  • Develop detailed project plans for each event, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.

  • Coordinate event logistics such as booth design, shipping, promotional materials, and technical requirements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers, partners, and vendors.

    Brand representation:

  • Ensure Kalibrate’s brand integrity is upheld by presenting the company, its products, and solutions in a professional, consistent, and compelling manner at all events and exhibitions.

  • Actively network to identify speaking opportunities at events to promote Kalibrate’s products and services.

    Event promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create pre-event marketing campaigns, event materials and digital content to promote the events and boost awareness.

  • Create content and leverage social media, emails, website and other channels to engage potential attendees and generate leads.

    Strategic alignment and reporting

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align event participation with broader company objectives.

  • Analyze the success of events, capturing metrics such as leads generated, audience engagement, and ROI.

  • Provide detailed post-event reports and actionable recommendations for future improvements.

    Budget management

  • Manage budget for each event, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers to optimize costs.
