  • Carrying a requisition load for high-priority roles, setting an example with best practices in recruiting.

  • Partnering with leaders in Poland to create scalable hiring strategies aligned with regional growth goals.

  • Building and managing a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering coaching, development, and team effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Developing innovative sourcing strategies to position Moderna as an employer of choice in competitive markets.

  • Leveraging technology and data to optimize TA processes and enable data-driven decisions.

  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Moderna’s values.

  • Collaborating with HRBPs and leaders to embed DE&I principles into all recruitment efforts.

  • Promoting a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration within the TA team and broader HR function.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles managing global or regional teams.

  • Proven experience in the EMEAC region; APAC experience is a plus.

  • strategic and creative approach to recruiting, with demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to craft and deliver innovative hiring solutions.

  • Strong interest in technology and data-driven recruiting practices to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, carrying a requisition load while mentoring a team.

  • Experience working in high-growth, matrixed organizations, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or technology industries.

  • collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing high-performing teams.

  • Sense of humor and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
