As a Recruiter at Wealthy Executive Recruiting, your primary responsibility will be sourcing top-tier candidates for diverse job openings. You’ll work with a variety of industries and positions, making each day an exciting challenge. No need to worry about client communication, contracts, or the intricacies of the hiring process – we handle that for you. Your sole focus will be identifying, engaging, and presenting the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract high-quality candidates for a wide range of job openings.
  • Use various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, and referrals to find candidates that match job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure they meet the client’s needs.
  • Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to the team.
  • Maintain an active and engaged candidate pipeline.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure successful placements.

Compensation
