We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Affiliate Marketing Intern to help expand our affiliate marketing program. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, relationship-building, and strategic planning. Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Development:

- Assist in setting up and managing affiliate links, tracking systems, and payment structures.

- Research and identify relevant products and services to promote that align with the Tamara Nall brand.

- Develop creative affiliate offers and packages to drive engagement and conversions.

Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management:

- Research and reach out to potential affiliates and partners to join the program.

- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, providing support and resources to help them succeed.

Content & Social Media Strategy:

- Collaborate on a social media strategy to promote affiliate products and services across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, and stories, to drive traffic and conversions.

- Assist with the creation of promotional materials for affiliates to share with their audiences.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and analyze campaign results.

- Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Ensure timely payment of commissions and bonuses to affiliates.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing strategies with broader brand goals.

- Support other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g., ShareASale, Rakuten, Amazon Associates) is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Creative and analytical mindset with an ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and content creation.

- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.

- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for entrepreneurship and personal branding.
