What You’ll Do
As a member of our Service Desk Team, you’ll handle day-to-day IT service requests for a variety of clients, collaborating closely with teammates to provide the best solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients needing technical assistance.
  • Handling tickets, chats, emails, and phone communications professionally and efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, networking, and software issues.
  • Documenting technical processes and solutions for installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Conducting research to answer client questions and provide solutions.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, end-users, and colleagues.

Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position.
Typical work hours are Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm


Hourly Rate:
$24.00-$29.00 Based on Experience
