Senior Product Manager (x/f/m)

As the Product Manager  for the Content Hub, you will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of our content management and distribution platform, developing it based on the broader product and company strategy. You’ll work closely with a tiny but mighty team of two Engineers and one UX Designer, collaborating regularly with the broader product area, especially the other engineering teams, the content team, and key stakeholders across the organization.
Additionally, we are embracing the power of AI. Knowledge and experience in leveraging AI for content management and distribution is a big advantage, as we aim to stay ahead of the curve in creating and delivering impactful eLearning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap:

Define the strategy and roadmap for the Content Hub, aligned with the boarder product and company strategy and lead the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch

• Feature planning and prioritization:

Together with a multidisciplinary team run through a discovery process to find appropriate solutions to the user’s problems as well as drive the day-to-day execution of Scrum practices, including planning sprints, facilitating agile ceremonies, managing the product backlog, and writing clear and actionable tickets for the development team.

• Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, balancing priorities and fostering collaboration across teams. With exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you’ll set clear expectations, explain decisions, and keep stakeholders—Customer Success, Sales, Content, and Management—aligned and informed.  Your ability to navigate competing needs and ensure transparency will drive trust and mutual understanding.

• Content Delivery:

Drive innovation in how content is delivered to clients and partners, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and secure process.

• AI Integration:

Explore AI-powered solutions to optimize content management and distribution processes.

• Data-Driven Decisions:
  
  Analyze platform usage, user feedback, and market trends to make informed product decisions and identify new opportunities.
  Define and monitor KPIs in order to find out how the product is performing and whether the company goals are achieved.

• Experience:

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in eLearning, LMS, content management, or SaaS environments.

  • Experience with opportunity trees and continuous discovery practices is a strong advantage.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder needs.

• Technical Aptitude: A solid understanding of technical concepts related to eLearning and content management is essential for this role. This includes:

  • LMS Workflows: Understanding processes such as course uploading, versioning, and ensuring seamless delivery of compliant eLearning content.

  • Industry Standards: Experience with eLearning standards like SCORM and xAPI for content delivery and system integration.

  • APIs: Familiarity with API concepts and their application in enhancing platform functionality.

  • Content Management Systems: Expertise in managing content versioning, metadata, and tagging to improve organization, searchability, and accessibility.

  • Programming Knowledge: Basic skills in Python, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript are a plus, enabling better collaboration with development teams.

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to clearly explain trade-offs, priorities, and timelines, ensuring that stakeholders understand the what, why, and when of decisions. Experience in navigating conflicting requirements diplomatically, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.

• Organizational skills to plan and align the team’s work with the broader product teams, and engage with multiple stakeholders.

• Proactive Problem-Solving: A hands-on approach to identifying challenges and delivering creative, effective solutions.

• Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep interest and understanding of user needs, including internal content creators, and a passion for building products that empower them.

• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.

• Experience working with or integrating AI solutions is a strong advantage.
