Senior Business Operations Specialist (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist who will join our Control room team. You will play a vital role in managing ongoing escalations and investigations, ensuring seamless communication with our partners and management during issue resolution, conceptualizing new operational flows and guaranteeing the seamless operation of all company products.

• High-level monitoring of the company’s operations
• Actively manage ongoing escalations and incidents
• Perform technical investigations and work on solution design
• Perform data analysis to create and confirm hypotheses related to active incidents or other optimization potentials
• Support and run various strategic and operational projects
• Identify key improvements and optimization opportunities in our product and tech from an operational perspective
• Support our operations team by building and implementing new tools and defining new processes
• Successfully manage internal and external communication, including collaborating across the organisation during issues resolution
