We are currently looking for Admin Manager (Philippines, APAC) to be part of be one solutions Admin team!

Summary
The Admin Manager (Philippines, APAC) will assist in managing the administration of our operations in Asia.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Overseeing entire sales/purchase process for assigned business unit(s): ­
    • Creating proposals for customers and purchase orders to vendors
    • Communication with the customers and vendors
    • Obtaining, managing and tracking of customers’ purchase orders
  • Coordinating between global management and local management
  • Collaborating with our Project Managers to creating, update and supervise the structure and budget of customer projects in our internal system
  • Billing customers
  • Various Sales Administration related tasks on demand
  • Reviewing and validating Invoices from vendors
  • Administrative support to various departments in the company including operations, marketing, and human resources
Requirements and qualifications
Experience:
  • Sales operations experience for multi-national customers
  • Business administration experience
  • Experience working for a global organization
Education:
  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
  • Advantage: Degree in Business / Engineering / IT / Finance
Language skills:
  • Mandatory: Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in another language is an advantage.

  • Highly organized
  • Politely Assertive
  • Effective communicator (verbal and written)
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Highly independent, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Great attention to details
