Job description

The Senior Director of Vocational Case Management / Minnesota oversees service delivery for all vocational related products and QRC/medical case management services in Minnesota. This position has both District Manager and Case Manager direct reports and is responsible for the overall financial performance of their assigned region including revenue production, growth and profitability as well as the quality of work performed by their region, measured by QA audits both internal and external, customer satisfaction and outcomes. This position is also responsible for leadership development of their teams. The person in this role must execute enterprise and business unit strategic initiatives within their assigned region.

**Position is fully remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop leaders in the assigned region.
  • Responsible for the financial performance of the region including revenue production and profitability.
  • Responsible for the quality and outcomes of the work performed in the region.
  • Responsible for messaging to District Managers and Case Manager direct reports. This includes sharing company, department, and individual messages.
  • Responsible for managing change.
  • Coach, support, and communicate with team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Responsible for leading and participating in divisional and enterprise projects.
  • Responsible for overseeing assigned work groups that are working on specific strategic initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding to recruit and retain talent.
  • Provide specialized product oversight as assigned.
  • Provide Business Development support as assigned.
  • Work closely with sales to provide operational sales support and collaboration as needed to meet financial goals and customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn proprietary company case management software.
  • Develop strategic plans for the business unit in alignment with division and enterprise strategic goals.
  • Responsible for remaining informed with any jurisdictional changes impacting the regions and complete an attestation annually indicating understanding of that responsibility. Regulatory changes will be brought forth to the Assistant General Counsel/Director of Compliance and Vice President of Operations.
  • Execute Enterprise and Business unit strategic initiatives throughout region.
  • Promote strong culture of engagement and fun throughout region.



Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, train, and supervise team members directly and indirectly, review their work and provide effective constructive feedback.
  • Ensure all team members understand, are trained in, and comply with Paradigm’s security requirements and policies.
  • Ensure all team members have the minimum level of IT system access required to effectively complete their Paradigm responsibilities.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health-related or human services field. Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Required: national certification CRC or CDMS with preference being CRC
  • Strong background in vocational services required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of prior experience in a leadership position with P&L responsibility.
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of current Microsoft operating system, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Decision making, clinical reasoning, and critical thinking skills.
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven leadership skills.
