Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Bilingual Slovakian-English Customer Support Agent, also referred to as a Happiness Officer, to deliver exceptional assistance through our email and live-chat channels. The ideal candidate will be someone who is genuinely passionate about helping others and possesses the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly customer support via email and live chat.
  • Translate product materials into Slovakian while utilizing provided tools.
  • Regularly moderate and review translations from fellow team members to ensure quality.
  • Address customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.

Required Skills
