Team Overview

Our Sales team serves the critical role of getting our products into the hands of our customers. This talented team works hard to build and maintain relationships with our clients, as well as looks for new business opportunities to expand our reach.

Responsibilities:
Description

The Account Management team manages and nurtures business relationships with our customers. The team identifies customer needs, developing customized solutions and communicating regularly to build customer loyalty.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

  • Regular on-site meetings with existing clients and prospects to uncover partnership/expansion opportunities
  • Collaboration with solution sellers, solution engineers, and the education solutions team to plan and flawlessly executive on deals
  • Collaboration with the sales development team on consistent and comprehensive prospecting for net new and cross-sell opportunities
  • Weekly forecasting of attainment projections for current quarter and next quarter
  • Collaboration with Customer Success as needed to ensure clients are satisfied with existing solutions
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and related work experience.
  • Ability to travel around the state of Michigan for client meetings. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.
  • Strong track record of quota attainment, ideally against quotas of $1M or more in annual recurring revenue
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesloft
  • Experience in K12 EdTech sales
  • Strong computer and presentation skills

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $61,800 - $123,000 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
