Deltek Practice Manager (remote)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership for the service implementation team that is made up of Application Consultants, Project Managers, and Software Engineers
  • Establish revenue and skill development goals and objectives
  • Bring Business Acumen to the Leadership Role
  • Represent Strategic Initiatives of the Management Team to the Practice
  • Build People and Product Relationships with our Suppliers
  • Responsible for customer retention and employee engagement
  • Report to the Divisional Vice President


Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Specific Knowledge of Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint
  • 3-5 years’ experience leading consulting teams, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or General Business preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, sales order, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse applications
  • ERP application implementation and go-live experience

  • Work from home
