Mitarbeiter:in im Bereich Administration (m/w/d)


Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Abrechnung der Eigensoftware- und Fremdsoftwarewartung nach entsprechender Einarbeitung

  • Selbstständige Kommunikation mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern

  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen 

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie der Auftragsabwicklung im System

  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Organisation von administrativen Abläufen und Bürotätigkeiten

Dein Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, z.B. als Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation

  • Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich oder in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld, gerne auch im Gesundheitswesen

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Sicher in der Anwendung der Microsoft-Office-Programme

  • Eine ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

  • Motiviertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
