Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR Team. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Provide strategic insights to internal hiring managers on emerging trends that allow the organization to attract best in class talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Conduct thorough screening and interview processes to assess candidates' qualifications and likelihood to success with our company.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
• Foster positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Generate reports and metrics on recruitment activities to track progress and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience of comprehensive full cycle recruiting experience. Experience in hospitality preferred. 
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing methods and best practices.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

This position can be remote or hybrid but must be based close to one of our venues (Baltimore, Philadelphia, Kansas City, Orlando, Arlington, Atlanta, Nashville).
