Job description

Talent Development Program Coordinator
Location: Remote
Monday-Friday   8:00-5pm
Pay Rate:  22.30 per hour.
Start Date: 2/17/2025
 
This is a CONTRACT Role only:  Not a Direct Hire.
 
Perform LMS administration tasks for professional and leadership development programs (Saba/Cornerstone platform):
• Add and maintain courses, curricula, classes, and evaluations (assessments and surveys)
• Reconcile class rosters against attendance reports and mark classes delivered
• Create and maintain workspaces
• Conduct program analysis and reporting, communicating data results and trends for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the HR Technology team and Talent Development program managers for LMS testing and issue resolution
• Run reporting and put into dashboard formats – analyze data to determine trends, gaps and performance
• Identify opportunities to streamline/simplify processes and reduce time to perform tasks
Monitor and triage Outlook group email box (e.g., Leadership Development, Colleague Development).
• PC literate in a Windows environment, including Microsoft 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
• Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) administration preferred – e.g., adding courses and classes, adding curricula, posting attendance, creating workspaces, running reports
• Skilled in evaluating training programs and reporting results
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making within set timelines
• Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy

Requirements
  • 5 years windows environment, including Microsoft 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
  • 2 years Saba/Cornerstone platform
  • BA/BS Degree
 
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly rate for this remote role is $22.30. This reflects the target compensation for the position across all US locations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
