In 2023, we grew exponentially as an agency and we’re now seeking a Senior Account Manager to help us grow! As your bolt-on creative division, we strategise, ideate, create, and optimise
exceptional creative content, including UGC, high-production, design, and motion graphic ads. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop performance creative solution, acting as an in-house creative team for our clients.
About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about driving brand engagement and growth through organic social media channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the social media presence of our 7-8 figure direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, developing innovative strategies, and collaborating with creators and designers to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.
We’re looking for someone with a natural curiosity and excitement for social media. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for Instagram and TikTok in particular, be highly engaged in staying ahead of trends, emerging platforms and best practices, with the creativity and enthusiasm to translate this into Performance-driven content.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development: Manage the day-to-day activity and strategy implementation of our clients' social media accounts, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy. You’ll be involved in planning concepts for both static posts and video content, and working to brief our team of in-house graphic designers and external content creators.
- Client Communication: Clear and effective management of all communication channels with the client, including the management of a clear approval process for all content.
- Copywriting and Scheduling: Writing copy and scheduling content for direct-to-consumer brands on social media, adhering to the brand guidelines and approval processes. You will need strong copywriting and storytelling skills to craft engaging captions, post concepts, and video scripts.
- Content Creation and Management: Work closely with content creators to generate and curate engaging content for brand social pages. Develop and maintain content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Collaboration with Designers: Liaise with our in-house graphic design team to brief and guide the creation of organic designs that align with our brand identity and social media objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using data analytics tools. Utilise insights to refine strategies, optimise content, and improve overall social media effectiveness.
- Community Engagement: Nurture the existing online community to positively impact overall engagement by generating ideas for interactive stories, comment replies and regular post series.
- Trend Monitoring: Consistently stay ahead of the latest Tiktok and Instagram trends, tools, and best practices. Implement innovative tactics to keep our brands ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Process Development: Helping our team develop our social media management processes in-house and organise all admin and digital housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, or a similar role
- Demonstrate a deep passion for and expertise in social media, including algorithms, emerging trends, established practices, and strategies for driving brand success in the digital landscape
- Have experience working with DTC or E-commerce brands
- A proven track record of building and growing brand presence on TikTok and Instagram
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative content, copy writing or ideation
- Be familiar with a service led business and the KPIs that follow this
