The Role: 

As the Director of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring the overall success of our sales team. You will partner closely with leadership to develop data-driven strategies, streamline operations, and empower the sales team to exceed their targets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership to drive results across the organization.

You will: 

  • Collaborate on sales strategy with the CRO and provide process improvements, and operational support.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Manage the design and execution of sales processes, tools, and systems to support scaling efforts.
  • Lead forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accuracy in revenue projections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to senior leadership, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Own compensation plan design to ensure alignment to corporate goals. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing for proper lead management processes, metrics and policies.

What success looks like:

  • You have successfully optimized key sales processes that result in measurable efficiency gains.
  • You have streamlined the sales tech stack, ensuring that the team is equipped with the right tools for success.
  • After 6 months, you have established strong relationships with the entire sales team, driving alignment on priorities and goals.
  • After 12 months, you have improved sales forecasting accuracy and contributed to a year-over-year revenue increase.

We are looking for:

  • At least 7 years of experience in sales operations or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • SaaS experience is a must; healthcare SaaS experience is preferred but not required
  • Proven track record in sales process optimization and driving measurable operational improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance tools.
  • A team player with a strong "can-do" mentality and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with tactical execution.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Base salary range: $180,000 - $215,000

Total compensation includes base salary + bonus + options
