Join us as Senior Product Manager to build Residential Home Construction (RHC)'s unified eco-system. Our business unit is one of ECI's fastest growing divisions, serving thousands of home builders and trade contractors in North America. In recent years, the RHC org has acquired 7+ industry leading tech solutions in the Homebuilding space. We are looking for a Product Leader who will lead our growth strategy, by crafting a vision that brings all parts of the homebuilding ecosystem together to deliver a cohesive seamless experience for our customers

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years designing and delivering B2B enterprise platform products, preferably in Vertical SaaS companies
• Track record in defining and delivering awesome products solving complex customer needs.
• Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development - i.e. reading API documentation, architecture and design discussions - with strong engagement with design, engineering and architecture teams
• Demonstrated success in taking data driven approach and delivering impactful business results
• Prior experience building ERP software solutions for Homebuilding or related indutries is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in managing complex strategic initiatives/deliverables cross multiple teams
• Proven experience in defining big vision and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products
• Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer
• Previous experience coaching and mentoring team members to do their best work.
• Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organization
• Inspiring communication skills - for small teams to executives and larger groups as well
• Educational Background: BS or technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.
  
  

How You Will Lead

• Define and lead the vision and strategy for the Residential Home Construction (RHC) Business Unit's Unified Eco-System
• Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal user experiences and scalable services.
• Work closely with architects, UX researchers and engineers to design an end-to-end cohesive experience for our customers
• Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and success
• Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant scale for the RHC Ecosystem
• Partner with Engineering leads to execute and deliver on the roadmap by managing dependencies and plans across different services and teams.
• Work closely with the different functional teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive to a strategic initiative that brings multiple workflows together
• Spend time with end-users to understand their pain points, gather insights on how we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful way.
