You'll work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to secure sales opportunities within target segments and contribute to department and individual growth objectives.

WHO YOU ARE
2+ years in software sales and marketing (building own pipeline, prospecting, cold calling, managing inbound leads).
- Understanding of the enterprise sales journey and qualification methods such as BANT, Why Buys, MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling
- University degree in business, marketing, or another relevant field.
- Experienced using Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Google Suite, Customer Experience Software preferred.
- A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
- Excellent team and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; and ensure high quality deliverables.
- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
- Experience in Customer Experience (CX), Market Research or Consumer Insights highly preferred
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Creating Account Development plans for your territory in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Identifying and pursuing qualified opportunities by outbound prospecting and inbound lead management and qualification to a high standard.
- Initiating the sales process using outbound prospecting methods including cold-calling, email and social selling, and managing inbound leads resulting from InMoment's Marketing activities.
- Mapping accounts, qualifying the potential of leads using accepted qualification criteria, scheduling hand-off calls with Sales teams and handling objections.
- Holding responsibility for an individual quota attainment on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Assisting in the development of new sales by making initial presentations; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing Managers to meet sales objectives.
- Contributing to sales and marketing strategies by evaluating current results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analysing and relaying customer reactions.
- Updating industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in industry organisations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences as needed.
- Providing an excellent customer experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the extended teams (Account Development, Sales and Marketing) to share prospecting activity results, challenges and opportunities, winning scripts and narratives to contribute to the overall team performance via reports and updates.
