Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update master sheets and SAI sheets with accurate information.
  • Monitor and update order statuses in real-time.
  • Maintain records of available vs. shipped items.
  • Book shipments and coordinate with couriers (e.g., ShipIt, Ecomove).
  • Track and report shipment statuses.
  • Manage supplies for the office and partners, including order processing and inventory management.
  • Monitor tasks for partner sewers and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Available and responsive online during work hours.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to consult and decide on simple issues independently.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or similar fields is preferred.
