Do you have some experience in customer support and are you passionate about making costumers happy? Do you have a genuine interest in beauty and health products? Are you fluent in Danish and maybe also in German?

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) for our Danish market.

Naturida is a young and dynamic e-commerce company based in Berlin. Our focus is on the development of innovative cosmetics, wellness and health brands.

The job could also be interesting for former Customer Success and Customer Happiness Managers.

Tasks

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers through e-mail and chat delivering the best possible experience.

Answering customer inquiries by e-mail and chat in a timely, personal, and professional manner that exceeds the customers´expectations
Keeping our FAQs up to date.
Translate various texts from German or English into Danish.
Keep an eye on customer feedback and help us build our community.

Requirements

You are fluent in Danish. Good level in German is a plus.
