The role will be to support the business in executing highly effective technical and operational solutions to deal with The Soul Publishing content protection challenges across multiple brands. Working in the Platform Operations team, you will collaborate with functions across the business, optimising operational processes to support our anti-piracy efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee automated copyright protection tools across YouTube channels (Content ID), Facebook and Instagram pages (Rights Manager), and other relevant platforms;
• Conduct YouTube CMS health checks: resolve reference overlaps, review potential claims, address invalid references, treat disputed & appealed claims;
• Troubleshoot intellectual property claims | copyright strikes across multiple platforms, providing support to production and publishing teams;
• Coordinate projects between Legal and Publishing teams while documenting and enhancing operational content protection processes;
• Monitor and support enforcement of online brand protection, addressing content infringement on social media and other platforms;
• Generate monthly reports on content protection efforts to evaluate efficiency and identify trends;
• Assess new strategies and tools to safeguard TheSoul Publishing content worldwide;
• Stay updated on emerging trends and content protection tools on third-party platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, and more.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in content protection, rights management, or catalog protection roles, with a focus on safeguarding digital content;
• Background in online content management and operations, specifically in digital rights management;
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content management tools, including Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and Instagram;
• Understanding of digital copyright concepts and familiarity with content protection legal processes;
• Proven collaboration and problem-solving skills, with experience working effectively in multicultural teams;
• Commitment to continuous learning and sharing best practices in content protection;
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Monday, and experience working with remote teams;
• Direct experience with automated copyright tools, (e.g., Rights Manager Fingerprinting, Content ID.
