Product Manager - Data Science (India-remote)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong understanding of Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training content development, technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools, familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Azure Machine Learning, AI solutions, and generative AI tools. The candidate should also have experience with agile product development and tools like ClickUp and be skilled at managing the product lifecycle while aligning with learner and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and updates.
• Continuously update training content and tools based on technology advancements, learner feedback, and market analysis.
• Design and develop learner-friendly content for Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Incorporate hands-on applications, real-world scenarios, and up-to-date techniques into training modules.
• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance and automate content creation and learning experiences.
• Provide product training to trainers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Actively address queries from learners and trainers to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Apply Agile methodologies for streamlined product development and delivery.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends and industry needs in Data Analytics, AI, and ML.
• Integrate feedback from learners, trainers, and stakeholders into product development and updates.
• Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for AI/ML training products in alignment with business objectives.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Proven experience in training content development and delivery.
• Proven experience with Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
  
  

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications.
  
  

Proficiency In:

• Programming languages: Python.
• Machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn.
• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure.
• MLOps tools: MLflow.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools, including Power BI and Azure Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, DALL·E, Microsoft copilot studio or similar platforms.
  
  

Product Management Skills:

• Proven track record in managing AI/ML-focused products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, adult learner-friendly formats.
• Proficiency in product management tools like ClickUp.
• Experience in Agile product development and delivery.
  
  

Leadership Skills:

• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams toward achieving product objectives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Passion for innovation and the desire to push the boundaries of technology.
  
  

Additional Considerations:

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to use low-code/no-code equivalents to perform complex tasks efficiently.
• Strong aptitude for identifying and integrating emerging technologies into solutions.
• Familiarity with adaptive learning concepts and their application in training programs.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Systems (LXP).
• Ability to create intuitive workflows and user-friendly interfaces for technical products.
