Job Description:
A Project Manager for the Professional Services team oversees the entire Pipefy’s implementation project lifecycle, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. This person is responsible for risk management, timeline management, and clear communication with internal teams, partners and customers.
This is a customer-facing role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and scoping to delivery and post-implementation review. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are effectively allocated and timelines are met.
- Product Knowledge & Troubleshooting: Leverage a deep understanding of the company’s product to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation. Act as a point of escalation for any technical concerns that arise during the project.
- Risk Management: Create and execute mitigation plans to address and minimize risks throughout the project. Proactively identify potential obstacles and take steps to avoid them before they impact the project timeline.
- Customer & Internal Communication: Establish a clear escalation process to address critical issues promptly and ensure alignment with stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to both internal teams and customer stakeholders at all levels—including frontline leaders, managers, directors, and executives. Ensure transparency by providing timely, structured updates to manage expectations and drive issue resolution.
- Objection Handling & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any concerns or objections that arise during the implementation phase, ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction. Work collaboratively with teams to find solutions to complex problems.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, preferably within a SaaS or software implementation environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, resource management, and customer satisfaction.
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of the company’s product, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
- Experience in creating and executing mitigation plans to address and minimize risks.
- Ability to communicate risks effectively to both internal teams and customers, ensuring transparency and timely resolution.
- Strong experience in handling objections and resolving concerns during the implementation phase.
- PMP or similar certification.
