Job description

At Executive Presence, we help companies build trust and awareness through executive thought leadership - beginning with LinkedIn. We use a mix of content strategy, content generation, and data analysis to help CEOs and Founders effectively tell their stories online.

Starting with our fully managed LinkedIn service, we’ve built a process that allows us to

  • Effectively tell the stories of topic executives
  • Continuously analyze what messaging works
  • Ensure senior executives are sharing the right messages at the right times.

As Engagement Manager, you’ll join a team of 15+ experts, working closely with a CEO who’s a veteran and a repeat founder in the social content space. You’ll build trusted relationships with ~25 CEOs, Founders, and/or C-Suite leaders at some of the world’s fastest-growing companies, including public company leaders and innovators across AI, B2B SaaS, finance, education, and client services, to name a few. This role is your chance to own client relationships end to end, develop strategic content that resonates, and help shape the online presence of industry-changing leaders.

Responsibilities

1.Client Relationship Management

  • Own and manage ~20-25 executive client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
  • Analyze client goals, LinkedIn performance, and industry trends & news to set topics for monthly CEO content sourcing interviews
  • Lead monthly interviews with every C-Suite client to shape their thought leadership perspectives and refine their messaging
  • Monitor client health, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement or growth.
  • Gather and act on client feedback, continuously refining processes and enhancing client experience.

2.Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop personalized content strategies tailored to each client’s industry and audience.
  • Collaborate with content teams to translate executive insights into compelling, high-quality LinkedIn content.
  • Audit content to ensure subject matter quality and alignment with client goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and news, identifying timely opportunities for supplemental content.

3.Team Collaboration & Project Management

  • Manage each client’s account team -- consisting of their Client Success Specialist and Content Writers -- ensuring on-time delivery of content and strong client relationships.
  • Prioritize and balance competing tasks, making strategic tradeoffs that maximize client success while maintaining a clear focus on both immediate needs and long-term objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally and closely with EP’s internal C-Suite and other Engagement Managers to collaborate on client success

4.Business Strategy & Analytics

  • Analyze content performance to identify patterns and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Lead projects to enhance processes, improve client outcomes, and support the company’s growth
