Novelship is looking for a People Partner to join our People Team. As a People Partner, you will be a crucial part of driving our HR strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top talent. In this role, you will manage a range of HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and strategic process improvements. This is a dynamic opportunity to play a key role in building a vibrant and people-first work environment while supporting the company's rapid growth across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR strategic plans, tactics, and projects to meet organizational goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation, exit surveys, and interviews.
  • Provide advisory to stakeholders, helping guide HR-related decision-making and improvements.
  • Lead and initiate employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s presence in local and global talent markets.
  • Assist HR colleagues in performance management, compensation and benefits cycles, and talent reviews.
  • Drive and support key HR projects and initiatives to improve policies and overall HR efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (start-up and multinational experience preferred).
  • Experience in recruiting across different markets is preferred.
  • Experience in employer branding, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on changes.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
