Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contract
Work Schedule:
  Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Dubai Time and includes a 60-minute unpaid break

Job Overview

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted liaison between the executive team and key stakeholders worldwide. With your exceptional communication abilities and business acumen, you will be responsible for customer email communications and customer management via emails; facilitate seamless operations, manage high-level projects, and provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. Responsibilities

  • Represent the company with professionalism as the primary point of contact for website customers, retail partners and executive-level clients

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives by liaising with internal teams and external vendors across multiple time zones

  • Manage executive communications, scheduling, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail

  • Prepare high-impact business documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite

  • Provide strategic administrative support and project management for the executive team



Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or executive assistant role, with a proven track record of success

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor - an international accent is a major plus.

  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Understanding of the luxury goods or perfume industry is a significant asset

  • Experienced with Time Doctor for work efficiency or open to learning
