Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior HVAC Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position available in Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with specialized knowledge in HVAC systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the HVAC industry, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems including products, installation, and service requirements to effectively address customer inquiries and needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills to develop and close sales deals with both new and existing clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to quickly address and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Market research capabilities to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and inform sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in presentation skills to effectively pitch HVAC solutions to varied audiences.
  • Must have HVAC technical knowledge to answer technical questions and support clients in understanding product offerings.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients through various outreach methods, including cold calls and emails.
  • Conduct detailed market research to inform and shape sales strategies, targeting the HVAC industry.
  • Present and promote HVAC products and solutions to prospective clients, clearly articulating their benefits and uses.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Sone India Group Of Industries.
  • Maintain and expand the client database, updating records with relevant sales activities and customer information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries and resolving any issues that arise effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
