We are looking for an Appointment Setter (Calling Focused - High Ticket) in a full-time position from 35 to 40 hours per week.

We are a consulting business that helps digital marketing agency owners and founders scale their business while cutting their time in the operations of their business in half.


Mission for Appointment Setter (Calling Focused)🚀


To bring in a constant stream of qualified appointments to our closers calendar to become clients in our Coaching Program.


Main Success-KPI ⭐️


  • Generate 40-60 NEW appointments per month

10-15 per week


  • Number of dial attempts: min 300/day

Based on a total conversion of 1-2%, so that you get 2-3 appointments per day.


  • Maximize Show-Up Rate for Consults Booked: 90%+


Responsibilities️ 📋


  • Call optins on the phone who signed up for one of our free resources or trainings and do a triage session to set up a further consult


  • Call prospects who requested more info through Cold Email outreach


  • Track leads in our CRM and fill out info


  • Reschedule leads that did not show up (follow-up)


  • Massive action in the follow ups every day


  • FYI - You are expected to achieve your sales goals regardless of lead flow.


  • Daily Sales Meeting - coming prepared


  • Tracking your Numbers daily


  • End of Day update

  • At least 3 months of active setting on a Calling-Focused appointment setting offer (appointment setting through the phone and calling)


  • You live in or close to the European Time Zone or US time zone


  • You’re looking for a long-term HOME in a position, not a quick cash grab from one offer to the next


  • Understand the high ticket space & possibly have had a coaching business or agency yourself in past (not needed, but bonus if so)


  • You have excellent writing and speaking skills in English


  • You’re willing to work mainly on a performance basis and work with uncapped commissions


  • You love calling people on the phone as well as setting them via text and following up massively
