We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our travel portal, providing world-class support to our German-speaking customers.

About The Role

As a Bilingual Travel Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service:
• Answering customer inquiries via phone in German, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions.
• Assisting customers with booking accommodations on our user-friendly platform.
• Identifying and resolving customer concerns proactively.
  
• Ensuring customer satisfaction:
• Building strong relationships with customers through personalized and empathetic communication.
• Exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.
  
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving:
• Effectively diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to bookings and platform usage.
• Identifying and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
  
• Maintaining accurate records:
• Documenting all customer interactions and resolving actions in our CRM system.
  
• Continuous improvement:
• Actively seeking opportunities to enhance customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German: Native or near-native fluency in German is essential.
• Excellent English Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level required).
• Education: High school diploma; a university degree is a plus.
• Customer Service Expertise: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and effectively troubleshoot customer issues.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with online platforms and technology.
