Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Luxe Tribes curates luxury travel experiences worldwide. We help millennial and Gen Z women get out of their comfort zones and connect through bucket list travel experiences. We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to drive traveler growth, manage our brand, and lead our marketing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Deploy and manage successful marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
  • Experiment with Acquisition Channels: Test and optimize various organic and paid channels, including content creation, PPC, social media, lead generation, event management, and publicity.
  • Content Creation: Produce valuable content for our website and blog that attracts and converts target audiences.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to enhance brand presence and opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and monitor the marketing budget quarterly and annually, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Marketing Materials Oversight: Approve and oversee the production of marketing materials, from digital assets to print collateral.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and adjusting strategies to meet targets.
  • Consumer Behavior Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior to refine email and advertising campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in marketing with expertise in digital, SEO, and paid ads.
  • Proven track record of driving growth in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Passion for travel with knowledge of travel destinations.
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.
