Led by a pioneer in cellular healing and detoxification, the company provides personalized health plans, fasting protocols, and one-on-one coaching to deliver transformative results. With a team of over 300 members nationwide, our client is passionate about making a lasting impact on the well-being of clients worldwide. Their team is expanding, and they are seeking compassionate sales professionals to join their fully remote team as Health Advisors, helping individuals struggling with health issues enroll in their life-changing program.

The Role

This is a Sales Executive/Closer role perfect for high-performing sales professionals passionate about helping others while delivering exceptional results.

Job Description

  • Conduct 60-minute Zoom consultations with potential clients, primarily individuals with autoimmune conditions or those seeking to regain their health.
  • Enroll qualified prospects into the coaching program; leads are provided by the company and include individuals who have engaged with webinars, company content, or paid $167 for a consultation and test result analysis.
  • Manage 20-22 calls per week, aiming to close 1 out of every 4 consultations.
  • Master program materials and cellular health concepts to effectively communicate the program’s value and build trust as a Health Advisor.
  • Undergo 3 weeks of comprehensive training to learn the company’s health program, sales process, and closing script.
  • Process payments from clients during Zoom consultations.
  • Track and update daily performance metrics in HubSpot and other CRM tools.
  • Facilitate a smooth client onboarding by connecting new clients with the Client Concierge team.
  • Participate in weekly team sales meetings (Tuesdays at 10:00am EST).
  • Attend at least 3 pod check-ins per week for ongoing team support and collaboration.

Compensation

  • Compensation Range: Annual earnings range from $120,000 to $270,000, with top performers earning up to $350,000. Commission is paid out Weekly!
  • Training Compensation: During the three-week training period, you will receive $1,500, distributed as $500 at each checkpoint.
  • Initial Draw: A $500 draw will be provided for the first month of calls.
  • Increased Draw: From weeks 5 to 8, the draw will increase to $1,250.
  • Commission Structure: Earn an 8% commission on all cash collected, including both upfront payments and future/recurring payments associated with each closed deal.
  • Bonus Plan: Participate in a comprehensive bonus plan based on monthly cash collected, with bonuses ranging from $100 to $4,500.
  • Weekly and Monthly Bonuses: The top three representatives each week will receive bonuses of $50, $100, and $200, while the top three representatives each month will earn additional bonuses of $400, $900, and $1,600.

Ideal Candidate

  • Fluent in English (English First Language) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Genuine interest in helping others transform their health; a background in health or a related field, or personal health experience, is a plus.
  • Passion for holistic wellness and supporting clients in reclaiming their well-being.
  • Skilled at connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and communicating program value with emotional intelligence.
  • Confident in asking difficult questions to uncover clients’ health challenges and guide them to solutions.
  • Open to feedback and able to apply new learnings to improve performance.
  • Naturally curious and attentive to fully understand clients’ pain points and needs.
  • Able to adapt quickly to new concepts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated to continuously improve and achieve success for clients and the company.
