The Americas Demand Generation Manager will support the Americas Pan-AMER & ABM team. They will execute an integrated marketing strategy and be responsible for demand generation activities across the AMER region for our strategic and enterprise accounts. This role will require working closely with the regional Field Marketing Teams, ABM Manager, SDRs and Sales teams and is a crucial role requiring experience in building relationships with sales and managing pipeline generation development activities. 

The Demand Marketing Manager is responsible for contributing to planning, execution and tracking of an integrated AMER marketing plan aligned to pipeline goals. This role requires expertise in integrated marketing with a strong focus on physical events, virtual events, high-touch (1:few) executive programs and account-based marketing. The role requires strong project management, communication, organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with intent and ABM tools and how they can help sales teams develop stronger relationships with customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute demand generation programs to contribute to pipeline goals for the AMER organization, in collaboration with other marketing teams such as partner marketing, field marketing, product marketing and digital demand generation teams. 
  • Liaise with vendors including to negotiate contracts, work closely pre-, during and post-event on logistics, speaking engagements, audience targeting and follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to secure speakers and Ping attendees for events and programs
  • Own a detailed program and communications plan. Develop consistent and regular reviews and ongoing communication sales and field marketing stakeholders. This includes communications for event/program launch and follow up.
  • Monitor progress and measure results of all key marketing campaigns through regular pipeline inspection & deal tracking.
  • Important KPIs: MQLs, Pipeline Generation, Program ROI

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of directly relevant, hands-on marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful integrated marketing programs.
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in leading field marketing campaigns for a high-tech company
  • Familiar with Security or related IT Markets, Products, Software and Services.
  • Understanding of Identity & Access Management target markets, competitive industry, strategy and product lines a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce campaign management and willingness to learn/implement new tools 
  • Strong project & organization management skills
  • A demand for excellence in all forms of communication
  • A natural problem solver who cannot only identify points of frictionbutquickly implement new processes or workflows to improve performance, speed, and success of the organization
  • Proven ability to work with sales teams and multiple levels of management, while being highly responsive.
  • Ability to develop and execute an integrated marketing plan.
  • Able to clearly articulate and deliver on program goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences.
  • Ability to manage, collaborate, leverage and thrive in a fast paced matrix environment.
  • Willing and able to travel for events across the Western US and Canada regions up to 20% of the time. 
  • High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility.

USA: $96,000 - $110,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
