As a Sales Engineer at Branch, you will serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor to our customers and prospects. Partnering closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will act as a strategic selling partner alongside the Sales team, demonstrating the value of Branch’s solutions by delivering compelling presentations, technical demonstrations, and architecture guidance tailored to customer needs. Your ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions will be key to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll get to:

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer goals, challenges, and requirements.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and architecture discussions.
  • Develop custom solutions and prototypes to showcase Branch’s capabilities.

Technical Expertise:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Branch’s platform, APIs, SDKs, and integration options.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and advancements in mobile technology and mobile ad tech.
  • Provide technical guidance on integrating Branch’s solutions into existing customer infrastructure.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring their success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations to maximize the value of Branch’s solutions.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain technical resources, such as documentation, presentations, and demos, to support the sales process.
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • A technical understanding of how mobile platforms work
  • The ability to understand iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Java, Kotlin) app implementations
  • An aptitude for elegantly explaining deep technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

    This role is 100% remote in Sydney/Melbourne. This role is not eligible for remote work in any other location. This role is not eligible for visa support.
