Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and analytical Senior Product Manager to lead the Settlement Service Domain within our Digital Payments Platform (DPP). This role focuses on automating settlement workflows, ensuring financial accuracy, and delivering exceptional seller experiences for payouts and settlement statements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial systems, a data-driven mindset, and a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and execute a long-term vision and strategy for seller settlements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Prioritize product roadmaps, document trade-offs, and address obstacles to achieve stakeholder consensus.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and other financial systems. Collaborate with internal teams to create self-service tools for seller transparency and real-time access to settlement details.

  • Data-Driven Product Development: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as settlement accuracy, transaction automation, and seller satisfaction. Leverage analytics to inform product decisions and measure operational efficiency improvements.

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to successful deployment. Ensure adherence to financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls throughout product initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in settlements, payouts, or financial systems. Proven track record of working within financial systems, AP/AR processes, and seller-centric workflows.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with APIs, compliance-related product development, and financial integrations. Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and guide product strategy.

  • Leadership and Communication: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Ability to influence decisions with data-driven insights and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Has built seller-side financial experiences within a marketplace platform with exposure to global compliance regulations.

  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

  • Strong customer empathy and a passion for optimizing seller experiences.
