About the job:
The Customer Administrative Specialist serves in a supporting role for Markets at the state and local/Federal levels.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Making outbound sales contact (including cold calling) and pursuing sales leads to develop a portfolio of buying customers.
- Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and completing required documentation.
- Identifying and qualifying prospective customers as well as recording sales prospecting activity in salesforce.
- Represent an assigned product line that may overlap other sales teams' territories, if applicable.
- Working with territory/account, product/services, or sales processes with limited complexity.
- Informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices.
- Maintaining communication with the Sales Director and Team Lead.
- Maintaining a proficient understanding of Accurint and the ability to demonstrate platform and discuss pricing plans.
Qualifications:
- Basic functional knowledge and skills in selling and account management as well as the ability to deepen your knowledge of products and solutions
- Ability to develop an understanding of key business drivers and apply this knowledge the work
- Ability to multitask and respond effectively to changing priorities and/or situations
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to present information in an appropriate style and make technical information clear.
- Ability to persuade others/clients in standard situations
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
