As a recruiting professional at AmeriVet, you’ll be part of a thriving, rapidly growing organization. We're currently seeking a DVM Recruiter to join our team, focusing on the doctor recruiting life cycle across designated regions. This includes sourcing, resume review, phone screens, data tracking, and negotiating employment agreements. This is a fully remote role, with travel up to 30-40% in the surrounding area.

Salary: $80K + bonus

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with veterinary students and senior doctors through various sourcing strategies
  • Review applications and interview candidates for placement within our nationwide network of practices
  • Use social media and other networking platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Fill staffing needs in a timely manner, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews and post job ads
  • Negotiate employment agreements and onboard new hires
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of high-level recruiting experience
  • Strong business development or sales background is highly encouraged
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with ATS and data analytics (Workday experience a plus!)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills
  • Effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
