Job description

About Us

Wildix is the first 100% secure, easy-to-use, professional web-based UC&C system, recognized as a Niche Player in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Unified Communications as a Service in 2024.

Founded in 2005 by two Italian brothers, Steve and Dimitri Osler, we are now positioned among the fastest-growing companies in the UCaaS sector. Headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, we have more than 250 staff members representing over 15 nationalities. Our team works across Europe, the UK, the Americas, and Ukraine, serving more than 135 countries through our partner ecosystem.

Our mission is to facilitate internal and external communication between companies and their customers worldwide, using web browsers and mobile applications, thereby increasing productivity and efficiency.

To do so, we have a brilliant Sales team working to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing markets with a philosophy of trust, a driven mindset, and a shared vision of excellence.

Who are we looking for
We are currently looking for a Regional Channel Manager who can contribute to Wildix’s expansion by recruiting new partners, managing and nurturing existing Channel C-Level Relationships with VAR’s, Systems Integrators or MSP’s, and collaborating with the team to speed up the onboarding process of our new Partners across the US Regions.

Are you up for the challenge?

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Recruit new partners (MSPs, System Integrators, IT consultants) and grow Wildix’s Partner Ecosystem.
  • Conduct end-to-end sales cycles to bring new Partners into the Wildix’s Partner Ecosystem.
  • Effectively execute sales cycles and be prepared to travel to visit potential Partners and events to attract new Partners.
  • Execute lead-generation campaigns to build your own pipeline and collaborate with Marketing and BDR teams in additional lead-generation activities. You will receive a mix of leads from various sources, while also being responsible for generating your own opportunities.
  • Maintain control over your forecast for new Partners on a quarterly basis.
  • Develop a strong understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies, and processes.
  • Be available for and present in provided training from both Wildix and external organizations that Wildix leverages to train its team in specific methodologies.
  • After signature, expect to closely follow the on-boarding of your new Partner in collaboration with the local Partner Development Manager to ensure a smooth and successful on-boarding, to maximize first year MRR generation.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3-5 years experience as a professional B2B salesperson, preferably in SaaS solutions, with MSP experience/knowledge.
  • Impressive network of professional contacts that you have dealt with and/or sold to in the past. Proven track record of establishing lasting relationships with C-Levels in customer accounts.
  • Willingness to travel & represent Wildix at events and with potential Partners across the US.
  • Experience selling to SMB clients or to MSPs/System Integrators (or experience gained from having worked for an MSP/System Integrator).
  • A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction and teamwork
  • Skilled in applying known sales methodologies in customer interactions to uncover pain-points and quantify potential value. This includes but is not limited to delivering presentations and online/offline demos. Willingness to master and apply new tactics and strategies.
  • Strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen and a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken), and business-level proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Leveraging CRM tools will also be a plus.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Be part of the fastest-growing, talent-focused company in Unified Communications
  • A philosophy of trust and a shared vision of excellence
  • We're an Apple Powered Team. We will provide you with a MacBook Pro and iPhone to fuel your productivity
  • We offer competitive compensation and benefits, and expense reimbursement
Initial training and support to empower your professional success
