OVERVIEW


We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven individual to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR intern provides support to all activities related to talent acquisition and onboarding.


You will be a member of a team that strives to bring the best talents to the agency. We need someone dynamic, proactive, professional, organized and who loves to meet new people and have fun with challenges.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


Talent Acquisition

  • Ensure that all open positions have an up to date job description in both languages and are ready to be posted.
  • Assist the HR Coordinator in designing posting strategies for each position as well as researching for new channels and trends. 
  • Create and manage job postings in our HRIS software. 
  • Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
  • Screen applicants CVs and actively search for passive candidates.
  • Ensure a professional and timely status updates with candidates.
  • Update hiring managers on selection processes and schedule interviews  with them 

Onboarding

  • Support the preparation of offers in our HRIS software.
  • Provide support in the onboarding process; communications with new hires, assembling the employee file, coordinating with the internal team.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and integration sessions 

Other

  • Draft Freelancers agreements and NDAs.
  • Ensure that all control systems are up to date at all times.
  • Assist in the planning of company events.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BCom or Psychology;
  • Interest in advertising and fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information.
  • Detail oriented, organized and proactive.
  • Bilingual English/French
  • Knowledge of G Suite tools
  • Knowledge of best practices in human resources and talent acquisition.
