What You Will Do:Become a worldwide expert in the mobile customer engagement domainConduct user research by using the best methods out there and by understanding their differencesListen to not only what customers do say, but also don't sayPay attention to every bit of detail of the customer experience lifecycle from the documentation, to the blog post, to Intercom responses, to the dashboard usageCreate streamlined workflows between teams (development, design, marketing) that never block them. Use a huge repertoire of frameworks and processes, expertly tweaking them for each specific situationAlways stand for tech debts cause you deeply understand and care about uptime, latency, security, and developer productivityCare about product failures, improve your approach all the time and share the lessons learned with the companySeek for creating a product-obsessed company where all the functions operate as equals to create the best possible product
Who You Are:At least 6 years of SaaS product management experience with Proven expertise in creating products that create value with your business and technical acumenExceptional storytelling, written and oral presentation, and communications skillsAbility to develop empathy for our users to understand what they think, feel, and doDemonstrated love for learning new thingsA member of multiple product management communitiesTechnical background is a huge plus
