Position: Netsuite Functional Consultant (Field Service Management/NextService)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Netsuite Functional Consultant with experience in Field Service Management/NextService to join our team. As a Netsuite Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise and support to clients in the implementation and optimization of Netsuite's Field Service Management and NextService modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to Field Service Management and NextService

- Design and configure Netsuite's Field Service Management and NextService modules to meet client's business needs

- Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for Field Service Management and NextService implementation

- Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and functionality of Netsuite's Field Service Management and NextService modules

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors related to Field Service Management and NextService

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Netsuite's Field Service Management and NextService modules

- Keep up-to-date with the latest Netsuite updates and enhancements related to Field Service Management and NextService and provide recommendations for their utilization

- Act as a subject matter expert for Field Service Management and NextService within the company, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Netsuite Functional Consultant, with a focus on Field Service Management and NextService

- Strong understanding of Netsuite's Field Service Management and NextService modules and their functionality

- Experience in configuring and customizing Netsuite's Field Service Management and NextService modules to meet client's business needs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members at all levels

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Netsuite certifications in Field Service Management and NextService is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
